I Offer Coaching & Consulting That Foster Personal And Systemic Efficiency, Grounded In Empathy And Purpose.

Know About Me.

I am trained as a lawyer and have spent close to two decades in roles spanning private practice, the not-for-profit sector, teaching at the primary school stage, and venture capital. This diverse journey has impelled me to explore the depths of human potential and happiness—what makes us authentic and fulfilled.

I’ve grown up in three countries, spent nine years in a lovely residential school, and studied law with the intention of changing the world. These experiences across cultures and disciplines, coupled with my own journey of seeking purpose, deeply inform the work I do today.

I presently offer time as a coach and consult on creating systemic and process efficiencies, as well as on people-related matters. I live in Bangalore with my partner, Veena, whom I met at law school, and our two lovely children.

Why I Coach

I was inspired to become a coach through my personal experiences with somatic experiencing and Jungian therapy, which felt both exciting and deeply insightful. Later, while working with a coach on professional-purpose inquiries, I sensed how similar coaching was to therapy in enabling self-discovery and growth.

I see coaching as a way to help others uncover their authentic and kind selves—qualities I valued and practiced during my years as a team leader. Coaching enables people to live more alig

What I Do Through Coaching

I create a space for individuals and teams to discover deeper clarity about themselves and their challenges.

Through thoughtful listening and powerful questions, I guide my clients to explore their narratives, emotions, and even their physical expressions, leading to personal or professional breakthroughs.

Coaching is a non-prescriptive journey of insight, lightness, and transformation.

My Approach to Coaching

I am trained as an ontological coach. Ontological coaches view communication as a product of the language (including themes and narratives) brought into an interaction, the emotions (and moods) that may be present, and the physical body.

Coaching sessions can be thought of as my holding a space of listening and uncovering powerful questions, where answers arise from within my client. While progress can sometimes feel nonlinear, explorations invariably feel deep, and insights, resounding.

While my life experiences occasionally result in my sharing suggestions or takeaways (with permission), my approach is foundationally non-prescriptive.

Matters My Clients Work On

Coaching topics can pertain to both professional and personal challenges (though these often with overlaps). Some of the explorations my clients have worked on include:

• Preparing for and executing difficult conversations—whether for action, understanding, or resolution.

• Honing authenticity in leadership.

• Finding purpose in their work or navigating career transitions.

• Clarifying values and aspirations, sometimes in the context of familial or organizational dynamics.

• Working with teams or groups of leaders for strengthening dynamics through open and honest conversations.

Anything you need help in looking inward to explore further may benefit from a coaching conversation.

Who Are My Clients?

My clients range from senior professionals stepping into team management, founders, professionals transitioning from earlier careers, family business owners, and sole proprietors of consultancies.

What I Bring to a Coaching Space

I offer a space of deep listening and non-judgement, where trust and safety allow clients to indulge in meaningful self-exploration. I have been appreciated for asking insightful questions and perceiving nuances in both language and somatic expression.

It's my job to challenge you, to push your boundaries and paradigms when you view a situation you are in, all while ensuring it remains your journey, and you feel supported throughout.

Ethics

I take client confidentiality and other ethical considerations in coaching very seriously. As a trained professional coach and a graduate of the Newfield Network, I strictly adhere to the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.

People-Matters, Process-Design, and Systemic Efficiencies

My consulting work focuses on inter-personal or team dynamics, systemic efficiencies, process design, and fostering collaborative workspaces.

I also provide strategy advisory and product advisory, drawing on my extensive in-house experience and experience in commercial transactions. These engagements are independent of my coaching practice but are aligned in their shared aim of achieving meaningful growth—whether through individual clarity or organizational transformation.
